Through various endeavours (participatory mapping, public walks, media dissemination, and the building of a school), Social Design Collaborative have tried to archive the farmers’ presence and to defend their rights. In this interview article, Swati Janu, the Director of Social Design Collaborative, reflects on their long-term collaborative work and the recent demolitions of some of these neighbourhoods.
